The main driver was to keep the website as easy to use as possible keeping in mind the diversity of
background in relation to the intended audience and also to reduce ongoing maintenance required
to make this site work effectively.

Zenago had been requested to provide a simple ordering system that allows the customers to
review each product supplied by RRPNZ, including product photos, description, pack sizes and price
per item.

To cover the distributed customer sites with the least amount of manual work RRPNZ and RIDirect
had requested a customer portal with an e-store look and feel be created.
